Who might be interested in this site?

Many people in the UK suffer from long term pain, that is resistant to all simple treatments that are commonly prescribed by GP's and Specialists in other fields. When these fail, patients are often left with the feeling that there is nothing else that can be done and they just "have to put up with it".

Long term pain ruins peoples lives. The pain stops people from living their lives normally as it it always present and it stops many, if not all, activities. 

Unfortunately specialist pain services are very thin on the ground in the UK. As such, many of the patients who have given up hope of easing their pain could actually get some, or complete, relief. This web site is set up for those people, to show what techniques are now available to overcome this terrible problem.  

About myself and my clinic in Guildford

I have worked in pain management in Guildford and the south of England for 22 years. The aim of this website is to describe pain, some of the conditions that I can help with and the treatments available.
